For reasons of my own, I have been wandering around Southie, looking for trouble. There is a toxic leak there. I am not getting any toxic encounters at all.

The toxic leak went away while I was running around the zone, so this may be a false alarm. I will run around some place else next time I have one.

grävling - I believe the main result at this time is that if you do hit any toxic encounter, the damage potential is far higher. I am not sure that the rumors makes toxic encounters more likely -- but it should!

How about a toxic event the ruins the food supply so you can get anything to eat or drink.
P.S. Giant attacking nano wienies! That might be fun!
