At the part where the tutorial talks about building 3-4 mines, I had to go through that section twice.

abysmal - thanks for the report. As the tutorial is now reactive to your actions (that speech plays the first time you finish a building on a colony), this is a little harder to troubleshoot thatn before. We'll do what we can to figure out what would cause it to loop twice. #4X-3034
