Hello guys,
We all know the Mongoose and we all love the thing. But why is there not a Prototype non lethal pistol? The Ares Gamma MK4 ist described to be a prototype, but the statistivs are not that good. Why not extend the Bravestar ladder to 200 (like the Yakuza) and add something with a bigger clip, that definitely can shoot at least two times (if not AgentEX, then it should be at least three shots). As the accepted law enforcers Bravestar would be designated to hand out, a weapon like that.
While we are at the Mongoose, I love the damn thing, just like each and everyone of you. And it is a prototype weapon, so it must have outstanding statistics. But why has a machine pistol a higher accuracy than the M21 or HPX61 (both are assault rifles)?
Does not really matter. Right now, it is a pity, but the assault rifles are not very useful. They can take any target down, but you have to use a lot of AP. A lot more, than with the Moongose and your teammates cannot even use assault rifles.
But I do not have a real suggestion, that might make them better.
And there ist still one thing, that got on my mind. The M21 and the HPX61, they are both assault rifles and they have the exact same statistics. The only differences are the price (HPX61 costs more) and also the HPX61 uses heavy ammunition. Does the heavy ammunition cause more damage itself? If not, there is no real reason to buy a HPX61, especially considered the price for the heavy ammunition.
I really would like to have a Gunslinger Knight, handling all the heavy weapons with ease. But with the dual shot function, it is not really the best choice. A more fitting ability would be great. Maybe something that reduces the used AP for shooting, and also increases the accuracy, if the clip is empty reloads automatically, without spending APs. I know, it would throw the game off balance. But I had to make the suggestion and the Gunslinger is a weapon crack.
While the game is thrown off balance, the AgentEX has the BurstFire ability. The class has fast, ninja like reflexes, so the skill should also be able to enhance close quarter attacks, of any kind.
And beside all the critique, thanks for the game. I like it a lot.
