Holy Crap on a Cracker! Met Baron Tazzer's dad...I'm glad there was a choice. Ryethin showed up but I couldn't do it with his son standing there >_>, the whole siege was awesome! There were some iffy moments but awesome none the less.

Does it really matter what level you are when you start the siege. If the enemy level is determined by yours, couldn't you technically do it on level 1 or level 100 and the difficulty would scale?

bobsoup - as every region has a min and and max value for the enemy monsters, there is an optimal window. After re-checking, it turns out the windows for Gholla opens at 18, so you weren't too early, hissrad. Not when I would usually go, but not bad. Did you hit 19?

Cool. So if I were to make it back to say, Oskahold, any uncompleted quests I could go and plough through legions of ratkin? That would actually be fun.

You'll have your go at ratkin in the most unexpected place. Or they will have their go at you. Depends.

I once left clearing out Riven Trading Post till I finished everything else in E2. The Krete were stuck at like level 23 or something, they were pretty pitiful.

Everyone but Vraes hit 19. I finally hit level 10 with lightning spear,Vincent was just zapping whole groups into the ground! Groth and some of the Orcin hit like runway ice cream trucks! Struggled a bit at the start but it worked out. On a side note, the whole story around the outlook is cool. Baron Tazzer was mentioned that"no mortal hero's" thing again 0_o

Now I've been poking around the haunted crypt, found some sweet loot and found the stairs up. If I go up there, can I come back down? Don't want to get stuck...again:P

Yes, this time I'm sure that you can return the way you came. There is an immediate fight when you go up the stairs, so you'll have to finish that first, but then you can go back down.

You can go as far as clearing two towers in the CoD, and will still be able to return to the subquests. Actually, when you meet Nikolai, there will be a shortcut back to Ember Lake camp of your choice.

Lol, that just happened to me on nightmare with a boosted group. I managed to get through without deaths though. Those melee orcs hit HARD, but only IF they actually hit anything
