So I figured out the trick to get Groth to join my party. Any advice on how to level him up?
Is the beaming smile talent worth it on Groth?

It's in the hidden mini episode between 2 and 3 where Groth is reanimated and joins you.
He has some unusual talents. Beaming Smile, Aura of Love, etc.

The only offensive talent he seems to have is Holy Sharts. I'm not sure what I'm going to do with him.

All jokes about Lazzon aside, remember once you leave the mini episode, Groth will vanish, so if you give him any gear make sure you get it back. |

My personal favorite is Huggles Time. I like how TBs made a special hug animation for it and everything. It's a bit SP intensive but if you can proc the blush effect it's totally worth it. I built it to 10 and base my party around it.
