So, I started the 4th tutorial mission briefing of a new squad on Crazy Difficulty. I have the Prestige Purchase and 1583 Honor. Tap on Plasma Rifles. No purchase popup. I go to my squad details and back to purchase Plasma Rifles and it works exactly one time. Then I have to rinse and repeat.

Leviathan Rifles, 25% clips. Seems like I can buy things normally that my Elite Prestige accounts for but the addon requires that additional step.

This happened to me too. I have the elite version (which I think gives me +50 prestige) but not the $4.99 unlock.

You are having only issues with the Plasma Rifle or with all weapons?
Can you be really specific about the name of the weapon that is giving trouble?

It's definitely the plasma rifles, but I think the problem is for all weapons that you would need your +50 prestige (from the elite version) to purchase. The icon background is just white rather than that sort of clickable grey.
