I want my cleric spot to be an off tank(or main). The thing I'm not sure about is how good heavy armor is in the late game as my farthest group is in ep2 act1. Right now im leaning toward kyera because dodge is better than parry and for the -ap and accuracy curse. I've heard Fyona only gets going in the late game though and i like the idea of having righteous fervor to help out my team when i misplay. who do you guys pick?

I like Kyera, but I build her to be an off tank that doesn't do melee damage. She can hold a flank and soak up crazy amounts of hits, but doesn't get a lot of kills.

Her skills are focused on Lore, Hammers and Stats on Int and Con. Warding Shield, Piety Ward, Sacrifice, Tears and 1 point of Breeze |

If you really want the best tank I think that it's Fyona, but even then she is slow to build out, especially if you're going to put anything into her support abilities. The way I've been building her lately, she really comes on-line after the Hunting Lodge quest. You get some amazing armor and a shield if you make the right choices there and if you give those to her, she can be really amazing. I would agree with Cory Trese too though, that Kyera, with the right build can be a decent tank. In my Withering Strikes group I build her to be a third tank, and with curses stacked on the enemy she can even do some pretty mean damage with her hammer as well. |

Of course contributor is 100% right here -- if you want a Tanker's tank, Fyona is hands down the winner. Her gear, talents and starting attribute put her on Tank Road from day one. I think Kyera makes a better off-tank because her support abilities are accessibly earlier and and a bit easier to use. She'll never be Fyona tho, and I actually think off tank Kyera starts to struggle to keep up with dedicated tanks by E3. |

I actually respecced Kyera to be a third tank for the CoD. I think she has almost a thousand HP at this point, and with a bunch of resistance gear and a good shield (as well as Warder's Shield 10) she is extremely durable and I have faith that she won't die if I have her against a cursed enemy or two.
Her priority IMO should be to stack the best HP gear as early as possible. She can't block too many by herself, but she can sure take a beating if you give her the right gear.

Kyera provides more utility and support talents, but Fyona can hold her own on the front line like a beast
