WASHINGTON, DC. President Obama today announced plans for a new international manhunt for four dangerous terrorists, dubbed the "Underdeep Four". The four terrorists are part of a religious extremist group, an underground death cult, known for having little tolerance for rival religious groups. The four all have previous arrest warrants and are being sought for breaking out of a high security facility.
Amongst their many crimes are murder, theft from chests of gold, weapons and drug paraphernalia. They have also been involved in uprisings, killing heads of state, and causing regime changes. Furthermore, they have been linked with grave robbing and cruelty to animals.
The four fugitives are thought to be peddling narcotics known as "spirit potions". The side effects of spirit potions are unknown but appear to cause an unnatural high that instantly gives the taker a boost of energy.
The fugitives are armed and dangerous. Numerous attempts to stop them has been fruitless. They appear to be meddling in illegal arms trading, selling their stolen artifacts in exchange for weapons and more drugs.
