How long do I have to 'survive' for with -11 rep with all factions?

From what I can remember (my phone is rebooting), blackheart is just getting down to -11 with all factions. Once you've done that, and recorded your deeds of infamy at the Hall of Records, you are pretty good to go to get your rep back into positive territory. Of course, you can decide to go for the Independent Captain challenge, which is getting to -121 with all 6 factions .. same deal as the first. Get down there, get recorded, smile as you get to indiscriminately churn through any faction ship. Sometimes very satisfying  |
