I cannot tell you how thankful my convoy-mates and I were to detect the transmission at Mobious Loop. We fell behind the Hive ships over a generation ago, and our old decaying ships would not have made it much further. We were forced to leave some people behind on failing ships, knowing that before long they would be deprived of that most precious resource--oxygen.
Those that remained were forced to endure very close quarters as we crammed aboard remaining ships filled many time past their designed capacity.
But, there are no tears in space, and we are glad to have arrived. To walk upon a planet without anyone within an arms length is truly breath taking.
So thank you for the welcomes, and the spice espresso.
I will confer with my fellow Alta Mesa regarding system selection.

If at all possible, would your cartographer be so kind as to draft us another star map, so that we may better make these decisions, knowing the location of each star relative to the Xeno?

Templar department of cartography will work on drafting an updated map. I put relative zones with the prospective colony list
Templar engineering is also looking to get a couple of ship designs posted this weekend
