Hi, I was going to start a new game this afternoon only to discover that none of the alternate characters showed up as available. I tried to use the Restore option, but they are still showing as needing to be purchased. I tried uninstalling and re-installing both HoS (elite) and the Appstore itself, but nothing works.
I was hoping someone could look into whether there's an issue with the Amazon Appstore.

jag - welcome to the forum! Hope you're enjoying the games. Sorry that there isn't more that we can do, we've implemented the IAP system as documented, but sometimes it just gets stuck and only support can unstick it

Sorry that there isn't more that we can do, we've implemented the IAP system as documented, but sometimes it just gets stuck and only support can unstick it Thanks for the welcome. I've only tried HoS, but I very much enjoy it. I contacted Amazon. They issued a refund for all of the IAP and suggested that I re-purchase them.

In this case, they just need to update your account so that your IAP restored. Sorry for the trouble, that's really a unfortunate move by someone new on the Amazon support team.
