Move item queue status to the item name

Instead of adding a whole line to indicate building queue status, append the indicator to the item name.
"FDF Garrison 1 (under construction)"
"Palace 1* (in queue)"
Make the text in braces use a litlle smaller font, if engine allows that.
Thes will reduce the vertical size of text blocks and make more visible spacing between items in queue. May also help a little to the smaller resolution screens to allow more visible entries. May be.

Thanks for the feedback, improving and managing the huge variety of screen sizes is always a challenge (over 8,000 Android devices now just on GPlay). We'll continue to work on improving.
