P.S. it would mean a lot to me if forumites could pull down the release and see if it works and looks nice on your device! As so much of the UI is actually already customized, don't expect a massive change  But, do go get a promotion, create a new character, use the list boxes, check your preferences. There are subtle improvements throughout and better use of our color palette. |

fallen, a couple things on the new UI. On the character generator custom stats page for your starting profession, there are not any check boxes for trading abilities and skills. Also the save box stays greyed out. One other thing, the check boxes for the elite options on the bottom of the chatacter generation screen (additional starting money, additional officer, etc.) are so small and so close to the larger "help" button, that I kept hitting "help" instead of the additional officer. Thanks.

I have been playing a while now and not ran into any issues |

Chance - I am fixing the radio buttons in the character generator screen now. I will also shift that help button to the right side of the screen so it is left interfering with the checks.

spacemonkey - thanks! What tab are you using? What version of Android? I'm using a Lenovo yoga 2 and android version is 4.4.2, but I'll also try on my s6 that has android 5.0 |

Guys,
Sorry - if this is in the wrong thread (feel free to move if necessary) but is there any news on standardizing the IPAD view with the Android version - specifically the Star Map?
I own the game on both and due to vision problems would really like to play on the IPAD but the overall feel and functionality there does not match the Android version.
Also - I've seen other TB games making their way to the PC - any hope here?
I really wouldn't mind buying the game a 3rd time - if it could go to a computer monitor.
One other feedback - would be the introduction of a Back-story that gives the player the choice to pursue a centrally themed career quest.
See Smugglers V for PC - which is generally not as good as Space Traders - but does have that nice feature (as an option - or you can go with a generic sandbox / adventure mode)

shrike - ST RPG has a unique history of all of our games. It has a different Android and iOS implementation. Due to this, there will never be 100% parity between the games, but we keep trying. Due to the ST RPG implementation and age, it will not be coming to PC in its current form. ST2 will certainly be coming to PC -- it has already been Greenlit for Steam. The backstory and story arcs you mention will also be something we work on in ST2. When we started Heroes of Steel, due to our KickStarter funding we were able to take a completely new approach and produce a single cross-platform game (100% parity).
