I have Benni and McFly, but I can't find any others. MyFly's brother tells me there is a corporate taxi that will drive in heat named Elite SRV, but I have no idea what he is talking about. Any clues? I've been interfering with every harassment and have had no luck getting a taxi v-chip. I have 18 v-chips.

There are currently only 52 random contacts that can be found on the streets. There is a thread called "Contacts" which will help you identify which V-Chips are connected to Taxi.
At this time the Taxi system is missing some key limiters (all taxis go all over) so we are holding back on adding too many more Taxi contacts until I am able to engage the limiter.
One warning about Taxis is that they reduce the XP earned by the character, especially if they are used as the primary mode of transport.

dokipen - as Cory mentioned, those are the only taxi's you can find by asking around at this time. There are a number of other contacts you can find by asking at the right places, or completing small side quests in which you receive v-chips as rewards.
