Structure stats blocks are misleading in many places, and in different ways.
Either separate the requrements and gains into their own lines, or remove the word "Requires" and simply list the stats in +- notation.
Like, "-1 quality, +3 population, +3 CP, +1 research".
But for the love of God, make them consistent in every place they appear. >.<

Check the Orbital Platform 1* research plate for example.

It, literally, states, that it "Requires 0 Quality, 2 Population, 1 Espionage".
