This is more of a poll/please weigh in, since it might just be a "me" problem.
I started playing this game when there were only 6 factions, and no way to check what the faction bonus is. They're all different enough that I can't HONESTLY say I get them mixed up.
BUT lol, I constantly keep having to check the faction screen from the politics menu when I plan colonies and projects since I keep forgetting what each faction's bonus is. Does anyone have that problem, or is it just because I haven't played long enough. I guess I could rename each colony like I normally do to say something like "trade planet alpha", or "research outpost signma", which now that I think about it makes sense, but I was curious as to how y'all do it, in the general community sense.
As for the wishlist part:
Cory or fallen, does your engine support some kind of text color which could highlight the resource the planet gets faction bonuses from? I don't mind checking the screen for how they get them, but I feel like the earlier ones just have "all x faction planets get +2 RP". I don't know whether it'd be possible to highlight the RP in green on the colony screen, desirable, worth the work, needed, whatever. Just curious.
