after more test I can tell that only planets with high radiation lvl (like 10 or more) mostly kills 6-9 of my invaders before taken out on planets with low radiation (0-4) I lose zero or 1 ship dont see any difference between ships with 0 shielding and those with 15 shielding on stats - i have 3 ships with 0 shields that survived attacing 3 planets, where as many ships with 15 died in first or second attack so I see that big impact on it plays radiation lvl of xeno planet and I really like this idea and new rules!!! my two cents to it: - proper implement shielding stat, because now it looks like it doesnt matter if invader have 0 or maxed this stat - they just explode in a row - since invaders dont use propulsion or prow - I think that there should be barriers, armored hulls and structure that gives aditional protecion againts radiation so every invading ship could use aditional help against it i've ended this map so for more tests I need to start new map and have few days

Not so much for me. Been trying to attack krangg xeno (level 31) 20 quality, 4 radiation, 18 defense. Got a few shots where I took about 50dmg, other times got shot down on first try My configs so far: MT lvl5, reactor 9, defelctor barriers II dur 6 sh 14 eva 3 sen 3 gun 3 pilot 4 inv 6 note the 4 radiation maybe I should ditch the evasion and sensor all together( ) and dump it on shielding and hull. Edit: I'm playing rim 64x64 64 worlds hard By the way...can we have names on these maps? kind of hard and confusing trying to remember all the different map sizes. And makes it difficult to refer here in the boards. something like "(insert name here) cluster/zone/group/string. You guys seem to be really good at coming up with unique names.
