Would be great to have the levels at which all talents unlock displayed so we can plan our builds better.

saltin - can you be specific as to where you think it would help to have this displayed? We are working on improved UI interconnections between the two so that it can be as clear as possible.

Sure fallen, this above is the (most exciting) screen where I can spend my hard earned talent point. So this is where I want to see when the unlocks will be available. Anywhere on that screen would be good, maybe on the side of the talent description or bellow it if there is no room. OT: on an unrelated note what is that 3X or 4X seen on the right hand side of the descriptions in the pic?

saltin - the 3x or 4x describes the Max Uses per level for a Talent. You'll find almost all Buffs in the game have a Use count per level. All pushing you to get the deployment done and get out Thanks for the screenshot - there are lots of screens where we could try to jam the info, but I wanted to understand your intention. This is the screen where we were considering trying to put a link to the actual tech. Thanks - this has been added to our list!

Probably on the page that lists each Talent Level, maybe while they are selected.
The only one that *really* matters is the tech that's blocking your level up purchase.
The other ones may be nice to have, but the design of the tech tree will make those beyond the first less relevant.

The talents aren't locked/unlocked based on the character's level. They are controlled by the requisition tree.
If you buy your way up (for example) the Scout branch of the tree, even low level scouts will have access to the higher level scout talents, while your high level soldiers will still be limited as to what talents they can get. of course, those low level scouts won't have the points to get the higher level talents that are unlocked, so just going up one branch might not be the best strategy.
It's a different mechanism than other games I've played, but seems like it will work and give interesting choices.

What I'm going to fix is listing the requisition tree entry that is blocking the Talent.
We hope it is unique enough to be fun without drawing too much criticism.
