So, during mission 3 I had nothing to do with all of my SP (before the lose of some of my Templars, that is) and decided to see what ordnance did and how to use it. I purchased 2 of the... er.. I can't remember their name. Active sensor kits? Something like that. I then opened up the ordnance menu through one of my Templars and saw this:
I could scroll up and read the name of the gear, but that was the default resting position of the screen.
Additionally, after looking at the gear I ran my turn and went back to the screen to find all of my ordnance missing! I don't think I used it but, well, I could have misclicked. I'll buy some more once I get far enough into my next mission to have some spare SP but I'll tentatively say that ordnance is disappearing.
