Playing Counter Attack, I captured the first tact point and immediately tried to get another soldier, which I had sufficient SP to buy. But since I had just captured the TP that turn, my cap was still showing 4/3 and it wouldn't let me add the soldier. The next turn, the cap was now showing 4/6, so I went to buy the soldier and discovered that I only had 100 SP. I think it took the SP for the soldier the first turn, even though it didn't give him to me because of the Cap.
It looks like I'm going to get my Captain killed this time through, so when I replay I'll try again and pay more attention to exactly what my SP levels are before and after trying to buy the soldier when I'm over Cap.
