Sector Scan 4 doesn't display range circle

Sector Scan 4 doesn't display the blue range circle in v2.2.17.

@starfixer reported this problem about 6 months back ( Sector Scan range ), but at that time it seemed to affect Heavy Transports, but not fighters.

Now I'm experiencing the same issue with Fighters and Carriers (the only ships I've built so far with this particular training in my current game).

Star Traders 4X Elite v2.2.17
Nexus 7 (2013)
Android 4.4.4

It overflows the range image generator, it is so large.
