I made a post, then an edit. Then attempted a second edit and couldn't do it. Now there is no way for me to respond. It only is for that thread. Is this a board glitch?

Same here and I have two Dalan's as well.
It appears to me that it is listing all characters from all saves in this screen.
If you choose a save you do get the proper characters and only the ones for your scenario are available in the tact? Screen for recruiting.
So its not quite the same. I will see if I can get both Dalans in play.
OK, better description:
When I select a saved game I select veterans
I cannot select characters for the game here but I can upgrade them. All characters from all saved games and replays are listed.
When I select deploy and leave the elevator and enter the room and click on the TAC center, only the characters for this save are avalable for recruitment.
