On my HTC m8, the + button for attributes and skills is very small. One option would be to have a popup screen with a description of the skill and yes/no confirmation after clicking on the +.
I'm worried someone might fat finger the wrong skill/attribute and not be able to undo it.
(same issue for P2)

We're working on a solution! Thanks for the report, sounds like the majority of players agree. Our mistake on that one.
