Typos in 2.2.17

I'm pretty sure this is a typo

Trade Treaty currently says:

TRADE TREATY
Chance to replace a Conflict
Improves a Trade Route into a Trade Alliance
____________________________________

But I think it should say "Promotes Faction Trade" like other trade improving diplomatic efforts (e.g., Trade Summit, Trade Meeting).

It looks like a bug in the text generator. Not exactly a typo, but I think I can fix it.
