The dialog states you can click on upgrade and upgrade the TP. It says to try upgrading. Yet there is nothing to upgrade.
Lol, that's close.
To me it indicates I should be able to apply an upgrade.
The info says there is 1 of 2 available.
But nothing to click on to upgrade.
Maybe I'm reading it wrong

We will make sure that is better explained or fixed in Phase 2.
Upgrades for your TP include things like "Supply Booster 1"

You have to use the RP you get from level 2 to get the upgrade module. I ran into the same problem when I first got to level 3. Go into the Requisition screen and you'll be able to buy it.

anvil - it sounds like you did not spend your RP points on the second level. Which is also not explained, but check out the Requisition screen of the HQ. Spend your points, you'll get an upgrade.
