Trying for the dumb shite award.
When I click on requition, I go to the "tech ladder" screen. Click on second "chevron" and I get "summary" and how many points I have.
I don't see how to get to the TP upgrades.

The upgrade your looking for can be found where the arrow is pointing. It cost 15 RP which you'll have after beating level 2. Click on it, then click on the buy button to get it.  |

On my small screen device it is pretty hard to figure out how much things cost, because the RP cost gets all mashed together with text of the summary. To get them, as the sheep said, just click on buy. The TP upgrade then becomes available on the next mission as an upgrade option. In fact it will tell you about that a bit on level 3. You unlock them on the Requisition screen and then they are available on the TP menu in the actual missions. Does that make sense?

And as for being a dumb shite, I think that's what we're all here for. The Alpha is kinda so that fallen and Cory Trese can watch and see where the lemmings are jumping off the cliff and try to patch those spots up. You may have just saved countless lemmings who will come after you from certain dumbfoundedness. |

OK, I still have a problem here.
I'm starting level 4 and I still have only 10 RP.
I finished level 3 well under the stated amount which I believe was 25.
My three levels are29/15, 18/18 19/25

anvil - sorry that you are having these issues. In this case, the Tact Point upgrade won't make a significant difference to the levels so I'd suggest continuing play. I am sure this is already fixed in Phase 2, as we've improved that code area drastically to include bonuses based on speed and play.

anvil is the tech unlocked? I might be paranoid but I think some techs automatically purchased in my first playthrough, when I forgot to do it myself.

The second tech (Soldier) was automatically purchased for you during the start of level 2.
