If I meet the turn goal, shouldn't there be a bonus? None shall pass (turrets are fun):

jknut - a tie (10 for 10) generates a 0% bonus. Turrets are great fun

I'm thinking that it's probably best that a tie generated a win. I know that the TBs always exceed their goals, but for most people, meet the goal = win. I could see this becoming a perennial bug report on the forums, if not. It's OK if the goals are reduced by 1 to make it work.

A tie is a win. It says Victory!.
Does a tie generate an extra bonus? Doubtful.
Anyone else want to share thoughts on this?

I also think that there should be a reward for achieving the turn goal.
The victory is the successful completion of the level. The turn goal is an optional constraint, you can still be victorious in the level whilst exceeding the turn goal.
The bonus for beating the turn goal is 20%. Perhaps add a 5% or 10% reward for matching the turn goal?

bobc - I suppose we can shift the math by 1 point, as if you had beat the goal by 1 turn ( contributor, you said this too?). Ok, thx. Would never have thought of this myself lol.
