I've played this a few times. After going thru the first blast doors and into the maze the skitterlings are not reacting. I can come upon a gaggle in a corridor and they don't attack. In three turns I can literally walk up shooting and they just die. Maybe they are breeding! Although its nice to just slaughter them, I don't think its your intent. Also the game play is very laggy during this time. Normal Galaxy S4 5.0.1

Ok -- thanks for the feedback about the AI. I will try to see if that is related to the S4.
Maybe related to the lag issue you saw -- when an Android lags like that it is almost always another application or service on the device starving out the game for GPU or CPU resources. Since BF has no permissions it has no way to force CPU or GPU priority -- so it is dependent on the OS to hand out resources.
The AI cycle has a hard timeout -- how long in clock seconds it will plan. This is to avoid the application "freezing" during CPU starvation turns. Once we get a good turn indicator display we may drop that hard timeout since it causes some issues with scoring during competitive play.
It sounds like something on your device was starving out the CPU and the AI calculator was running too long because of low CPU availability and the tunnels are hard for the AI to plan. It timed out and gave you the turn back.

Thanks, I actually have some understanding of your explanation.
I have 3games going. They are all at the same place in the campaign. All of the games run into this at the same place as above. This has not happened anywhere else in P1 or P2.

Screenshot? Might try rebooting the device to clear out whatever is interfering with the game. No promise it won't start right back up tho.
Might have figured it out. May have to do with the exact placement of one or two of the Xeno.
In this case I think the game is doing the right thing by letting you win. It cannot figure out how to move, so instead of freezing or cheating it just sits.
I'll probably have to revise the map completely to fix this, but still great feedback and I appreciate you taking the time to post!!!
