Is there a way to dismiss a Templar?
In my case, I recruited some but they are already 4 levels behind others. They need to be dismissed ("to go train") so I can recruit some new ones who will be closer in level to the rest of the squad.
Also,is there a way to move Templars up and down in the HQ list?

We had not really planned to include a dismiss feature, but it is interesting that you might end up wanting one.
Templars are sorted in the list by XP -- AKA, deploy order. And the Captain is first, of course.

Most of my "active" squad is level 5/6. Then, I have all these other classes at level 1 who I have not yet played.
When I tried to recruit a new engineer, he came in at level 2. Since I'm playing Hard, I thought he would be level 4. Instead, I've got all these deadweight guys bringing down my average level so new recruits are way too low.
Please add a way to dismiss Templars from my squad.

jknut - thanks for more information as to why you would like a dismiss button. That is helpful, from my original read I thought you wanted to send Templars home out of the battlemap. I've added this to our list for further discussion.

I think I'm going to scrap this game and start a new one because my new recruits are so far behind :-(
If Templars cannot be dismissed, I would recommend allowing Templars only to be recruited from the battle TP. This limits the # of Templars and ensures each new recruit is really the proper number of levels behind.
Otherwise, someone could accidentally recruit too many from the HQ, not play them, and then new recruits are woefully behind level due to the average of the active squad members and all the unplayed recruits sitting in HQ.

Thanks for the feedback. I think we're going the other direction, but it is valuable to hear from all sides!
