According to description "Clan Zenrin are survivors. Notable as the final Star Trader clan liberated from the Planetary Guild, the Zenrin suffered terribly during the Guild War. For the Zenrin, this history of oppression is a source of incredible strength. Zenrin Colonies are highly resistant to loss of Morale from over-population, invasion or Spice shortages. Furthermore, the Zenrin can gain the ability to host a festival of remembrance that can restore a Colony to 10 Morale", Zenrin Clan are tought people and seldom lose morale.
Did anyone who play them notice that? Honestly i dont see much difference between them or other faction in morale loss when over populated, lacking spice or over builded (last one is not listed in description). Or maybe their strenght lies only in their special building giving them deff and spice boost so you dont need to build exchange 4, palace 2 and starport 4/spice hall 1 to get 20 spice (which are important buildings for every faction)?
Whats your experience with that faction?

At least one part of this is my fault -- it isn't explained in the documentation.

While I am doing the updates there, I will also have a chance to check all the math again, see if I've got a bug in there.

I haven't seen them resistant to overpopulation morale loss. They seem to lose it as fast as everyone else

Tried to use them as the border between Xeno and Humans, didn't work to well though... Die just as fast as the rest.

Here are my two cents on that: the last game I played before all these crazy invasion rule changes was with all the new, I think syndicate, factions. Out of all of them, I was the most excited to try out the Zenrin because I wanted to experiment with different colony builds without having the huge hit to morale because of population.
I didn't really notice a big change as far as morale loss, but I can say that Zenrin colonies SEEMED to gain population in a way that was more in line with their capacity, which obviously lead to fewer situations where I took a hit to morale. Aside from that, When there was an overpopulation problem, I experienced the same level of morale drops as with everyone else. I don't know if it was me playing the game better, or just my luck.
The map that I played on was the really narrow and long one, so I didn't end up meeting any xenos to affect colony morale at all. All in all, I don't think I'll ever pick the Zenrin again because they don't really seem to add anything different to the late game aside from their techs. They seem to be a more beginner friendly faction.

I've seen them resist loss of morale due to exploring, but can't say I've seen them resist overpopulation morale loss.

I'm not their biggest fan. Really the biggest reason for me to use them would be their War Barge Troop Transport. That thing looks like a tank.
I haven't really used them much, since they don't really add much of anything past the early game when you scramble to keep your colonies balanced. Their faction tech is decent, but as a whole, they are my least favorite Faction.

See, I remember that a couple of updates ago, they had a chance to ignore morale loss. They would have a notification that said "Zenrin Colony on X resists Morale loss"
