P2 Gear Level Bar

It does not account for Wargear in the Veteran screen. Not the Equip Screen, the Veteran Screen, with the stats and such. The Gear Level Bar shows only the level for Weapons and Armor.

Additionally, any +Max Heat gear's effects are not shown for the Heat stat.

The bar just doesn't update until you exit and re-open it. We'll fix that for P3.
