P2 still getting "Level" marker after completing leveling

Samsung GS4 (not shifted to the Note 4 yet)

SO I tried it after level 1 of the tutorial with the captain and Darlan,
I made sure all of the skills and attributes were marked off ...

That little arrow next to talents, means you have talent points to spend. The level thingy won't go away until you do.

Arrrgh of course - I forgot. In my worry about the marker not going away, I forgot all about boosting my talent points up ...
Well I started level 2 of the tutorial without the talent boosts ... thanks contributor

Might as well close this one off as "user error ... again"
