first of all,i think vincent s skill thundering blades is...useless.Yes,you heard me.He has a single buff for the entire party,and that is USELESS...
I suggest a new skill:
Embrace of storm(or thunder) for the ENTIRE party
that gives accuracy,both ranged and melee,+armor bonus,and some critical...
Am i asking for too much?
please add it.
ps.Lightning spear is way better than elemental thundering or that another skill that is debuffing - -thunder resistance
Vincent needs a skill like purethunder shield combined with eye of the storm ,for the entire party

... I love Thundering Blades... Moreso than Burning Blades. It all depends on your difficulty, too: at lower levels of difficulty, accuracy isn't as important, but on Hard and up, you can be hard pressed to remain able to connect with enemies, especially since Vincent doesn't have Choking Ash.
If you don't have Ash for the debuffs, you're stuck with TK Kincaid, or Pinning Shot Selen. -Unless- you focus on raising Accuracy with talents like TB. The only other way to raise -group- accuracy is with Flanking Unity, which is far harder to work into a group.
Lightning Spear is easily the best attacking skill in the game for raw power. I don't think there is any question of that, but seriously don't overlook Energy Storm. When you combine ES with TB, your ENTIRE PARTY gets to roll for DOUBLE Lightning Damage- up to the amount of Resistance removed and their total +Lightning Damage.
This is where TB becomes almost too powerful: combine ES, TB, and Fyona's Holy Strickening for astronomical amounts of damage. The groups I have with this setup deal more damage than any other combination I have tried- the trick is just balancing offense and defense.

Thundering blades works great. I use it with all my Vincent builds at some point. I think your expectations of it are too high. It either works as a group accuracy buff primarily or slow to build up but very powerful damage buff when combined with es and hs. What you are asking for would unbalance the game

I rock Energy Storm and Thundering Blades-- I don't have Vincent bleeding SP everywhere, but he still gets to be useful by occasionally tossing in a Lightning Spear or two. The area of effect for ES and the lowering of lightning damage makes it more of a support skill for other spells, though you can always simply cast ES over and over if you have the SP and watch that area become a smoldering black ash heap...

People use tb bcouse it gives accuracy,the thunder damage to all party is useless...please replace the skill...+x all resist would be better/...
Embrace of storm
max tier + 9 accuracy," 35 all resist...

Sorry dude, but I still really disagree with you on this. Taking out the (EXTREMELY useful) +Lightning Damage would completely ruin so many groups for myself and others... For groups that are built to do Elemental Damage, this would completely neuter them.

Joseph - sorry that you dislike the Talent. Not all Talents are for everyone. I am not sure how the +Lit Dmg is "useless" - it adds damage, especially good if you building your group with Energy Storm or Holy Strickening. Or, just put +Lit gear on your heroes - it's great. P.s. there is no need to post your entire post in ALL CAPs. It doesn't help
