The Yakuza foolishly sent an Agent Ex runner to come help me do the job right. He promptly got killed. I never gave him anything.
I recovered some plain gloves from his corpse.

grävling - if the Runner dies permanently, you have a chance to recover. Yes, but I thought those particular gloves were more like skin -- you can wield other items over them, but not take them off. Thus I was surprised that they were recoverable.
