I believe that area buffs should not have to be centered on a Templar. I cannot select Rallying Charge where the mouse arrow is. While this may be intentional, I think it should be allowed.
Likewise, I think grenades should not have to be centered on a Xeno. Perhaps, a Xeno is not in line of sight to my gun... it would be nice to throw a grenade in the tile next to the Xeno.
