CdrPlatypus - can you try a device restart, make sure you got the update fully installed? Just tested here on 4.1.5 from the market on a 5.1.1 device and a 4.4 device -- both working great! Both are using the version downloaded directly from GPlay.

CdrPlatypus - yeah right? Kinda scary. I have been amazed over the last year how many absolutely crazy bug reports we have received ... and the next time their device receives an update or restarts - fixed. Not that we did anything to fix these bugs that are impossible to reproduce, but just that the update / restart cycle cleared something..
