I'm sure that adding new classes is a long way off at this point, but I was thinking this would be a pretty cool one. A few talents would be:
Viral Defense: A cloud of bio-poison surrounds the Knight doing damage to all adjacent enemies.
Some sort of area denial gas clouds, possibly triggered as mines.
Attacks that would continue to deal damage to any enemy as long as it is alive.
A festering attack that would cause all xenos killed by it to remain on the map for 4 turns after which their corpses explode and damage/infect any nearby xenos.
A Dr's Cocktail buff for other knights that gives them greatly heightened abilities for 3 turns followed by diminished abilities for 3 turns.
If Bio-Poison attacks will ever be used on the Templars he could also have a buff that protects against Bio-Poison damage.

Attacks that would continue to deal damage to any enemy as long as it is alive. This is coming for Needle Rifles, but up to a certain duration.
