Overdrive is an amazing buff. It gives +mp, +dodge, and +stealth, all for 0 ap. However, I would never put more than three points into it. Once you hit level four you start the diminishing returns on +mp, and when you hit level seven, the heat cost increases. It increases again at level 10.
The thing is, if you have 5-9 extra move points from buffs and gear you'll soon find that you can't use them for more than one turn or so before you start to overheat pretty badly.
My opinion is that the extra move points already have their own built in limitations without increasing the cost of the talent itself. I think the heat cost should stay at 6 across the board.
What do y'all think?

I don't think it should be unlimited use. I think that's a mistake in the design.
Adding limited use makes the upper levels of the Talent much more attractive.
