Thanks, that seems to be a good educational list overall, but... "Pirate ships were some of the first democracies" well I guess the world didn't exist until 1650. Certainly there is no record of ancient democracies such as the Greek city-state of Athens, right?

Things I never knew, eh? Too bad I did know it. And for the record, some pirates were more violent than some. Not every pirate was the same. I AM Zer0Winds, I was just too lazy to log in.
