I played Star Traders for over 6 hrs last night and was loving it. I play on my Android Tablet. But this morning I went to show my daughter the game and it was completely gone from my tablet. I searched everywhere. On the amazon app market it said I had it but I the OPEN button, on there site, didn't do anything. Yikes I had a great ship and about $200 Grand. What happened?? James

Amazon may have removed the application from your device.
I cannot support any Amazon purchases, really, or do refunds or anything.
You have to contact Amazon, I just don't know how it works.
Sorry.

Not to be a sycophant, but I think Cory has the right of it. Amazon has a long way to go before I'll use them again. I posted recently about my experience with purchasing ST:E via Amazon. I would personally get it from the Android Marketplace if you're not too heavily invested in Amazon's apps. They offer a good value, it seems, versus the Android store at times. But I just had too much personal hassle.. and you can't import the saves from the Amazon version to the Android market version or vice versa (that I know of.)

It is not possible for the Android Market and Amazon Market versions to communicate in the Android OS.
Applications that are signed by different parties (Cory Trese vs. Amazon) cannot share information in the way that is required for the Captain Import.
So, if you do decide to take advantage of an Amazon sale or whatever, just keep in mind that sometimes they (a) will not allow us to update (b) may change the price at random (c) that I cannot really help you unless you submit a ticket to Amazon and get an ID that I can submit my own ticket in reference to (and they might ignore the whole thing.)
