Did I miss this? After finding them, how do you resupply? I suspect I'm the bug, but putting it here anyway.

Yeah, it didn't work for me either and I reported it so they're aware of the issue. In the next level you can find some ordnance and it works so I'm pretty sure that the "Fall" issue is a bug.
