P2: Beserker Crashes on Hard

Playing through on Hard difficulty & the Beserker is crashing the game.

On Demolition Site trying to deploy the Beserker causes the crash.  (Earlier levels of the Temple Complex the Berserker deployed ok)
On Stratos Breach selecting the Berserker causes the crash.

Playing Stratos Breach on Normal is fine, the Berserker joins in no problem
