I looked around and didn't see a thread about this so sorry if it's s repeat. I noticed that sometime I will stumble onto a tile that gives me extra honor and tells me i have completed a secondary objective. It's there some way to know where to find these things or are they a bonus for exploring? Seems like they would be nearly impossible to locate on harder difficulties. This game is a challenge at normal and I love my strategy games on max difficulty.
I appreciate any clarification.

If they are not, they are considered secret and require exploration by your Templar squad.
