Are the Storm brother, Vlad, and other side quests finished yet? I want to know, so that I can decide whether or not to use my test run group or my legit one. I would check the update log, but my kindle won't let me, for one reason or another (so no, it isn't your forums fault that I can't).

Storm and Vlad are not finished. Most recent finished quest I can think of is Fang quest.
For Storm the farthest you can get is returning with 9 darkmoon blossoms. For Vlad it's defeating the Wolf Lord near Storm Bros.

There is a lot of content in the Storm Brothers quest, but there are another two arcs that come off of it that will only be available when you go through E4. |
