how to obtain it?
there arent 200 technologies on tree but i see that 0,1% players get it. today i have ended researching all possible tech - and nothing happened - its bug or its future achivement, and thoswe 0,1% are test accounts?

I've completed the tech tree a couple of times with nothing to show for it.
