A major update for the Alpha Phase 2 has just gone live!
We hope you'll continue to help us focus on game balance during the second phase. We are specifically interested in the balance of the Requisition Tree, Talents, Weapons, Armors, War Gear, and Ordnance. While much of the level content is the same in this update (only the Tutorial has new levels) there are a heap of changes to monsters, balance, combat, and Talents -- and we hope you'll give it all a look with fresh eyes.

- Tutorials Levels 3 and 4 Rebuilt
- Major combat balancing - Penetration / Deflection, Damage / Armor -- see monster detail box
- Improved Heat reclamation equation gives bonus reduction for every MP saved
- Overwatch template always shown, can be repositioned after being set
- Updated and balanced talents across the board - new talents for Scout, Hydra
- Ordnance and Tact Point upgrades all cost-balanced and working
- Hydra flame damage now based on Talent level
- Sentry Turret weapon, armor, talents, stats based on Talent level
- Bio-poison weapons cause poison that does damage every turn
- Hydra flame & boi-poison weapons kill aliens at end of turn
- Respec Templar under Templar > Score
- Dismiss Templar under Templar > Score
