I can't find anywhere to allow me to "Boost-In" to Episode 2 even though I've paid for it and see it as purchased in the store.

Do I have to have completed Episode 1 previously to Boost-in even though I paid for it? The documentation below says that it's "best for players who have already completed the story of Episode 1," but doesn't say that you have to have completed it. I'm not sure as I can't find a way to Boost-in.

This is best for players who have already completed the story of Episode 1, so know what they are getting into. As you Boost-In, you'll land right at the start of Episode 2 with a level 17 group. And off you go, spend your level points, loot through the Baron's treasure room, and spend your pile of well-earned gold to prepare you for the challenges of Episode 2. This is a great way to try out new group combinations!"

@icloudsave - you do not have to complete E1 to Boost-In.
Open the game > Play > New Game > bottom left there is a Boost-In button. Name your group, pick a difficulty and then tap that!
There is one odd caveat - if you have no other saved games on the device, Boost-In does not show up on this screen. This is to avoid first time players being prompted to buy-in / boost-in. So, if you have 0 other saves, created one (Skip Intro) and then start a new game and Boost-In.
