This may or not be a bug.

when I upgraded quickness, it did not upgrade in the formula. I'did"refresh" by going to another screen and returning to this one.

also, prolly dumb question but what is "weapon acc"?.

Also what, or where do they come from, or how do we get, "bonus" in the formula?

Weapon accuracy.

Bonus comes from gear/buffs I believe.

Bonus comes from Buffs / Gear.

Currently, that entire screen has refresh issues. We're working on improving it, but lots of fields are not responsive to things you do in subscreens, and now those equations are "out of date" by leveling as well.
