Howdy Chummers! First off - thanks for the great game! Don't know how exactly I stumpled upon this (guess it was while searching for a dice app..) and as an oldschool Shadowrunner (well... 2nd/3d edition mostly) I was taken away immediately... ending up in purchasing the Elite versions after only 2 days (my first app purchase ever, feel honored! ^^) Now for my problem - I got feelings for my good ol' Joshua in those 2 days, now I wanted to import him to send him through the NBZ... but seems he's stuck in the tunnels forever :/ Both versions are installed (both v2.9.25), no user data erased or whatsoever - nonetheless, all I get is a ' Could not find Cyber Knights RPG Free.' Only thing that comes to my mind is - I dl'ed the free version from Play Store, and bought Elite from Amazon (since the latter already had my payment info.. and charged only 2/3rds of Google's price. Hey, I'm young, still gotta earn my creds ) Could that be the reason for the fail? If yes, any chances to still rescue Josh? If no, any other ideas to bring him back up to the surface? Thanks in advance! Bluep

bluep - as you mentioned, the apps cannot communicate if they came from different markets. GPlay Free + Elite can work together, and Amazon Free + Elite can work together, but they can't cross chat. Sorry about this! If your device is rooted, you could do something about it, otherwise you could refund the app Amazon (if they allow it) and then buy the game on GPlay.

Hi again, thanks for the quick reply, and sorry for my late one ^^ ...If your device is rooted, you could do something about it... That's indeed the case - already tried to simply rename the (free GPlay) game's folder to ..cybernightsamz since the amazon elite one is called ..cybernightsamzelite, but that didn't do the trick So where has the magic to be done..? Thanks again! Bluep

bluep - inside the app folder their is a databases/ folder. If you move the contents of that folder from one game to the other, you'll be set. The best idea is to delete all of the files in databases in the Amazon Elite copy before you move.

bluepWelcome to the world of TB games. These guys are legends! If they responded to your questions any faster they would need to travel back in time to before you even realised you had a question. Have a look round the forum, you'll see that not only do they respond quickly to technical questions, bugs are hunted down quickly and squashed and if you have a good idea for a feature, they'll look at adding it. Like you, CK was my first paid app purchase, the other TB games quickly followed.
