I like the new New Game screen, but there is no Super Boost In option anymore. Is that intentional?

I like the new New Game screen, but there is no Super Boost In option anymore. Is that intentional? Yes. We are moving consistently toward "production reality" of the game.

Just got done playing the new tutorial and it's great. The only thing I noticed that may be a problem is you don't get any RP for level 1. In level 2 after you get the Engineer, the dialog still says to maybe get another Soldier but this is impossible since you couldn't unlock the Soldier. When you beat level 2 and go in to the Requisition Tree the Soldier is unlocked.

ntsheep - this is all purposeful ... I think you will find that: 1) The intention is to give you one big item to think about at a time. After level 1, you need to level up Captain and possibly Dalan. That is enough. 2) During level 2, as soon as the Engineer is brought onto the map, the game grants you the Req Level required to deploy a Soldier. However, you can't deploy a Soldier until you've deploy ed an Engineer. 3) This is why, on L2, you have that Req unlocked, and now your "one big thing" to think about is spending some RP. Next release gives you +40 RP after the second level so you do have some actual options on buying things.

I remember you saying somewhere else that was plan for the tutorial, I run through again to double check level 2, but I'm sure that I had tried to get another Soldier after I got the Engineer and it wasn't available in the Recruit screen on the TP. No matter what, I love the way the tutorial is now fallen. It's great to see how it's come so far from the first version of the Alpha. You guys are amazing! P.S. what with this ETA BS in that email I got? You're getting sloppy in your old age

ntsheep - I think the important thing is to remember that the game has changed. We've got to keep growing, and that does mean some changes, and ... god help us, a real ETA

Just played a second time, Soldier is showing up now after getting Engineer. Except for the level that shall not be named every change has been for the better this whole time. This has got to be one of the best Tutorial levels I've ever played in a video game. It's going to be a hit!

v0.0.25 - 7/13/2015 - Hotkeys for PC My PC version says 0.0.26. Is there a plan to add more hotkeys for PC? It would be nice if it were similar to HoS Tab (instead of "s") to bring up the squad list a,s,d,f = talents (also be able to sort talents up/down) 1,2,3...9 to select 1st 9 squad members Hotkey "c" crashes the game on PC (Tutorial, Level 1, turn 2). "C" for crash? I just sent an error report. Hotkey "i" goes to ordnance?

jknut - a full list of hotkeys is in the game, and listed in mouse-overs, as of next release.
